Created by using UPcycled skirts and/or jackets as the base for the clutch, with a flap over kneck tie closure. Velcro secures the flap to the clutch when closed. Fully lined with black cotton. No pockets. No strap. You can switch out the side ribbons with a different color once you receive her! THIS IS A NAVY BLUE CLUTCH NOT BLACK.
